Can HR+ have a PA cause i see most of them is in need of them ! Yours truly , Xbox.

We can actually take Personal Assistant system on trial.
PA is, with warts and all, useless. An example is <F.B.I> where PA is wonderful and unfair way to skip ranks. If we take PA system into NASA, it shouldn't be own rank, only additional title, like: [NASA] SS Commander III, PA [T.W] <- only supervisor can promote own PA, so we dont need name, just the promotion tag.
We will got many options on PA system, and because you took it out, we will host meeting about it and talk about it, possibly decide.
