I personally think all members of transfer team should have admin for Awaiting badge . This is done so that TT members can transfer new comers easily .

In my opinion, I think they should wait a bit longer when they get the admin badge. Because they need to show that they can handle more recruits than normal transferers. Either an admin can train him how to handle a transfer OR he has to recruit more citizens than his normal routine.
